Planned Professional Development Activities: Once professional goals are identified, the nurse educator selects specific professional development activities that will enhance their teaching abilities, knowledge, and skills in the relevant content area. These activities may include attending workshops, conferences, seminars, or participating in webinars or online courses. Completion of Professional Development Activities: As part of the performance review process, the nurse educator is expected to complete the planned professional development activities within the specified timeframe. This ensures that the educator is actively working towards their professional goals and continuously improving their teaching skills and knowledge.
