Welcome to our home.

As a team we selected all of our furniture, artwork, accessories and plants. In order to collect just the right found objects, we went to local vintage shops, gathered 25 lineal feet of books, selected our favorite records, and gathered art from a local graffiti artist and the Seattle Art Museum. We invite you to come visit us anytime!

The Speakeasy is our unique meeting place. It feels old but modern - like it has a history to share. We scoured the earth to curate a range of accessories that make us feel right at home in this space. Shelves provide an opportunity to tell a story, and we take full advantage.

A unique work environment with non-traditional, individual workspaces, select custom pieces, plants, plants and more plants! Our deep industry experience and design expertise allowed us to pull from a range of artisans and manufacturers creating unique furniture solutions that were required for this space. And did we mention plants? Greenery and a variety of planters were a strong concept the team wanted to achieve throughout.

The Bank of California Stadium is home to the Los Angeles Football Club. You don’t have to be a soccer fan to party here! We furnished and accessorized all the incredible spaces - like the VIP lobbies, the luxury suites, the club rooms, the swanky pool deck, and even all of the back of house areas. Since 75% of the furniture was custom, we worked closely with the team to find it or have it made. We are tireless in our attempt to unearth just the right piece for any space. Check out the accessories and art that really complete each space - we did that too!

Once the images of iconic Los Angeles scenes were selected, we sourced and procured all the art and worked with a local framer for final fabrication and installation.

Refugee Women’s Alliance is a learning environment that provides essential services in our community. This is an incredible organization, and we are proud to have been part of this project. We worked with this group to select just the right products for all of their learning, reading and play spaces. They had a desire to be functional, modern and colorful. And most importantly, all products are safe for the kiddos.

Several special custom pieces each with their own story, make bold statements in a beautiful renovation for an amazing organization. In Portland’s dynamic Pearl District, the Heartline provides a transition from the historic dock street to the residential experience. We worked with the design team to find furniture to connect the block-wide courtyard to the residential common spaces directly adjacent: generous lounge areas with a variety of seating, a kitchen with a large communal dining table, and a media lounge with almost 25 feet of sectional seating. Portland is synonymous with bike culture, so the bike room is complete with lounge furniture, training cycles, repair facilities, and an area rug made from recycled bicycle tires. The building is topped with a green roof – spacious enough for residents to work, gather, relax and grow and cook food. Our scope also included designing, procuring, and staging three different model units to cater to the diversity of residents in this building and neighborhood.

We had the incredible opportunity to hand pick each piece for this light filled, modern, new building lobby. Our team dove in and took on the challenge of developing a furniture concept for the atrium, meeting rooms and roof deck. The final furniture solutions ranged from custom to corporate to hospitality resulting in a fine mix of blended hues and textures. From soft to slick, this combination of products was a beautiful concept brought to life in a magnificent space for all of the building tenants to enjoy.
