GMs will have access to a few pre-recorded Webinars with first hand information about the App. (Late October)

Check Golden Circle points and account information

2. INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS CAMPAIGN

Redeem Golden Circle points for rooms, upgrades and spa or F&B vouchers

Internal campaign to inspire and educate colleagues about the App so they can promote it to guests and

other customers. (from November)

3. GLOBAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN

Fast check-in and check-out Exclusively for our Golden Circle members initially

Global Marketing Campaign to launch App and drive customer downloads and engagement. (Starting in January)

App features will increase progressively in 2018.
