Dive Coach Anita O’Quinn, a former member of UVA’s inaugural women’s diving team, was inducted into the UVA Swim and Dive Hall of Fame in 2022 for her decades of impact across all levels of the sport. Dessert of the Month!
North Dakota Style Rice Crispys
A Midwest favorite, these no-bake bars are a beloved treat across North Dakota— especially at golf courses and community events! Made with a rich blend of peanut butter, sugar, and corn syrup mixed into crispy rice cereal, then topped with a smooth chocolate-butterscotch layer , they’re chewy, sweet, and totally addictive . Locals swear by them as the ultimate grab-and-go dessert— simple, nostalgic, and perfectly satisfying.
