exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. The prevailing party in any suit or proceeding arising out of relating to this agreement shall be awarded its costs and reasonable attorneys' fees. The invalidity or unenforceability of one provision under one circumstance will not otherwise affect the validity or enforceability of any provision under any other circumstances. 15. Decision Rule The statement of conformity is based on simple acceptance. The calibration uncertainty is not taken into account in the statement of conformity unless stated otherwise .
CALIBRATION AND REPAIR SERVICES
Mountz, Inc. offers repair and calibration services for all tools we sell. Our standard service provides a turnaround time of 5 working days from the time we receive the tool. A 48-hour rush service is available, at an additional charge, for your urgent repair or calibration needs. Mountz is an ISO 9001 certified and ISO 17025 accredited company. We also offer calibration and repair services for tools from other manufacturers. Additional charges may be necessary in some cases for 'non-mountz' tools, for example if special fixtures are needed to perform calibration. Delays may be experienced if parts lists or other technical information is needed from the manufacturer to complete services.
CALIBRATION Every certificate is NIST traceable and includes readings in the CW direction only, taken at 3 points (3-PT) through the full scale of the tool; except for preset type tools, which only include 1 point. Readings in CCW direction are available at an additional cost.
Electronic analyzers and transducers are calibrated from 10% to 100% of full scale.

Wrenches, drivers, and dial analyzers are calibrated from 20% to 100% of full scale.

Multipliers are calibrated at 3-points* through the published range of the tool. *$40.00 for each additional Point (Item # 990056)
Note : Additional points are "calibration validation" points, not additional measurement points used to produce the calibration result.
AT TIME OF TOOL PURCHASE Every new Mountz torque analyzer and torque sensor is supplied with a free ISO 17025 Certification of Calibration at the time of purchase. All other tools require purchase of calibration certificate as needed, and are subject to prices below.
