DECLARATION OF CONFORMANCE (DOC)
All preset products not requiring a torque preset at the time of purchase will be accompanied by a Declaration of Conformance (DOC). The DOC is compliant with ISO6789:2017-part 1 and demonstrates the tool's ability to meet the minimum torque delivery specified by the manufacturer. The default units are those specified for the item purchased.
REPAIR SERVICES
Our standard service provides an estimate of repair costs submitted for customer approval within 5 working days of receiving the tool for repair, 2 days if rush service is requested. Turnaround time for repairs is subject to repair parts availability. Tools estimated for repair by Mountz, but not approved by the customer are subject to an inspection fee.

Tool Services Our calibration standards are traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology). Mountz factory service provides current upgrades for all digital torque analyzers at time of service. Our calibration labs can calibrate up to 20,000 lbf.ft
