Thanks for the Good Times

We were saddened to learn that Carisa is moving on from Manual Edge to take a position at a nation wide dental management company. It is a good career move for her and we know she will shine there as she did with us. Carisa had been with us for over 3 years and she was instrumental in overhauling our front office and business operations. We will miss her infectious laugh and wish her the very best in the future, but she must visit us routinely.

Manual Edge Physiotherapy offers the latest tools in rehabilitation, including Laser Therapy! To learn more about how Laser Therapy can help you, visit our website to learn more!

Call the clinic to schedule your laser therapy treatment today and your first treatment is FREE!

Congratulations Holly

Safety First

Tim and Zoe preparing for their trip to Costco. During the Stay at Home order, the trip to Costco became one of the few outings other than going to work. I never knew how much we would enjoy our trip. Thank goodness we didn’t get trampled in the Toilet Paper - Pamplona Running of the Bulls as we headed back to the paper products section!

INSTRUCTIONS: Wash the tilapia fillets and pat them dry. Arrange the fillets in a baking tray. Mix lemon juice, butter, garlic, red chili powder, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the tilapia. Arrange lemon slices in between the fillets. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 Degrees F). Bake the fish for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
