Heil is a civil engineer who has served Minnesota communities for over 15 years. She is a civil engineer with a deep understanding of the operational and maintenance needs associated with municipal engineering. Heil is known to attack projects and challenges head on, which led to her being named to WSB’s second-highest leadership position. This position allows her to continue having a profound impact on the communities she serves.
