This is an easy one! Getting an accurate paycheck on time is imperative. For too long we have been relying on an outdated payroll system that hasn’t kept up with the efficiency and speed of automated technology. How we will do this An expert team comprised of Finance, Human Resources, Nursing and EITS staff are collaborating to develop a new system that will make payroll and scheduling seamless and user friendly to employees.
We are currently working with industry professionals to design and implement the new system. We allocated fourteen months to thoroughly test the new system to make sure all of our complex and diverse union rules are working perfectly. How we will measure success We will train every NYC Health + Hospitals employee on a new payroll platform called MyTime and will see improvement in time it takes from “punch-to-pay”, and a reduction in employee payroll inquiries as measures of success.
