Figure 7.0 (found on the next page) illustrates the second page of the quarterly action plan. This page focuses on making Connections between lead measures and actions (Act on Lead Measures). It also addresses the Action Steps To Develop that will be used to hold Tim Accountable for specific initiatives and activities.
The engagement that you get from your employees when you begin to use these action plans will not be subtle. It will be palpable.
