Level up your walker the easy way This set of 10° heel wedges allows the Aircast® AirSelect™ pneumatic walker boot to be adapted easily for use in Achilles tendon rehabilitation. By inserting up to three wedges into the boot, the foot can be placed into 10° increments of plantar flexion, thereby reducing strain on the Achilles tendon during the various stages of recovery.
INTENDED USE/INDICATIONS The Aircast 10° wedges are designed: • to comfortably position the ankle joint in plantar flexion during Achilles tendon rehabilitation • for use with the Aircast AirSelect Standard and Elite walker boots
FEATURES AND BENEFITS • Customized height adjustments - the kit contains 3 wedges:
• 3 wedges = angle of 30° of plantar flexion • 2 wedges = angle of 20° of plantar flexion • 1 wedge = angle of 10° of plantar flexion
