Ashlee Fields Wildcat Way: Welcoming, Inclusive, Knowledgeable, Responsive, Proud Ashlee Fields- Custodial lead- is my go-to girl- at any time I call she is right there, she works with all her heart and soul, no matter the job, and sometimes you never know what the day may bring. Gary Gleason Wildcat Way: Welcoming, Inclusive, Knowledgeable, Responsive, Proud Gary has worked in FMD and Capital Planning & Projects for over 31 years. His vast knowledge of campus and its systems is irreplaceable. Since the day I started working in FMD, Gary has not only been approachable but has helped me out time and time again even when it didn't apply to his department or any of the projects he was working on. Gary goes above and beyond for CWU working long hours to save money on projects and answers his phone no matter where he is. Gary deserves to be recognized for his amazing work ethic, support of co-workers, and his overall dedication to CWU. CPP & FMD would be lost without Gary's knowledge and expertise! David Hall Wildcat Way: Welcoming, Inclusive, Knowledgeable, Responsive, Proud Nomination 1) David Hall displays all attributes of the Wildcat Way. He cares about our CWU staff/faculty and students and how FMD can provide support in regard to our buildings and the condition of them. He has taken on coordination of internal project requests and helping assist in determining with the support of shop leads estimates for project requests initiated by our campus customers. By including the shop leads in this effort, it
brings a more comprehensive set of information together. It builds trust within the units. He is always very responsive when asked to assist in answering questions or determining possible solutions to problems or issues that come up. He is forward thinking on how we can improve processes within FMD and also how we can work more efficiently and effectively with our stakeholders. He brings a "can do" attitude every day. Nomination 2) Dave goes out of his way to make all employees feel welcome and included in decisions, communications, and in everyday life. Lori’s dedication to do the right thing for the university, for the employees, and students drives her success in Contracts and Procurement Office. Lori handles complex matters expertly and efficiently; she does not like to leave any loose ends and strives to make sure all her tasks are done well. Too often we receive last minute contracts and Lori will do what it takes to complete it by the deadline, while still taking care of her other numerous contracts.
