Jake Kuckuck Wildcat Way: Welcoming, Inclusive, Knowledgeable, Responsive, Proud Jake Kuckuck is truly someone to look up to, he has so much knowledge of this place, as he has been here for 15 years, he is very patient and always fair, He always gives a person the benefit of doubt before jumping to a conclusion, he sees the good and the potential first. He is a great boss. Lots of people get recommended for these things usually but not a lot of Managers. I just want to say on behalf of this team, that we appreciate him, count on him, and rely on him. He’s the rock of the custodial department. He goes out of his way to help and support all members of our CWU community by creating an open and welcoming environment. Robbie makes those around him feel welcomed and included in all aspects of his work. Robbie understands others’ needs and goes above and beyond to help find solutions. Robbie exemplifies every aspect of the Wildcat Way attributes.

Her knowledge, patience, and flexibility have been invaluable, making the process seamless and efficient. Bonnie’s willingness to provide timely updates, offer alternatives when needed, and find suitable solutions demonstrates her exceptional problem-solving skills and dedication to ensuring the best possible support for the CWU community. Every day he comes to work with a smile on his face, proud of CWU and works diligently to make the university the best that it can be. He is an expert in IT related project management, a fantastic team member on every project and quick to help everyone around him. He has been key in the success of so many projects.
