Sale terms and conditions will be in accordance with American Angus Association and DVAuction. LZ Livestock is selling full possession of all sale lots and retaining 1/3 semen interest/revenue sharing on all bulls in this year’s sale. Any changes will be posted prior to bidding opening on sale day. Sale prices will be deter- mined final at close of sale as posted by DVAuction. Guarantee: All bulls are guaranteed breeders for the first breeding season. Successful bidders assume risk of sale lots once sale is final on March 21st. Our highest priority is to sell sound, functional animals that meet the breeding needs of your program, but recognize the health and soundness of the sale cattle is a shared responsibility following sale day. Should a bull become injured during the first breeding season a suitable replacement will be provided if available. If one is not available, sale credit will be offered towards our 2027 Production Sale less $3,000 of sale price. This guarantee does not apply to death loss. Full salvage val- ue is retained by the new owner. All bulls will be fertility tested prior to delivery. All heifers will have a breeding soundness exam completed prior to sale date in- cluding pelvic measure. While we do not guarantee heifers to be breeders, please let us know if you have issues getting them bred as your future success with these females is also our success. Wintering & Delivery: All sale lots winter free until 4/1/26. If you are unable to take delivery at that time a daily feeding rate will apply. Bulls will be delivered free of charge within a 250 mile radius of sale location. All efforts will be made for timely delivery after the sale. Dicounts :A volume discount will be applied to the total purchase price for bidders purchasing 3 or more sale lots (3% on 3 lots, 4% on 4 lots, and 5% on 5 lots or more). In appreciation to our customers that continue to support our program, successful bidders that have purchased on our 2 previous sales will receive a 3% repeat customer discount on this year’s total purchase. Bidding New this year, our sale will be hosted on DVAuction. If you plan to bid online, please make sure your account is set up and approved prior to sale day.
