TERMS & CONDITIONS BIDDING: Each animal on which there are two bids will be sold to the highest bidder. TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash. Checks are accepted and must be payable to Kimball Livestock Exchange LLC the day of the sale. DISPUTES: The auctioneer will settle any bid disputes by declaring all off and reselling the animal in question. SEMEN INTEREST: Retaining 1/3 semen interest on all bulls unless otherwise stated. HANDLING: All animals will have health certificates. Those not Bangs vaccinated will be tested. All animals will be in good health and examined by our vet. A vet will be available sale day. BREEDER’S GUARANTEE: All animals sold are guaranteed breeders by the owner. Any animal that has not proven itself a breeder within six months after date of sale, if in healthy condition, may be returned to seller at the buyer’s expense. Should the animal fail to prove a breeder, the seller - at his option, may either replace the animal with another of equal quality in full settlement and satisfaction of all claims or give credit for the next year’s sale at Christensen Charolais Ranch’s sale. All complaints regarding breeding difficulties must be reported in writing to the seller within the time limit as specified above and in good condition. All cattle are registered or recorded in the American International Charolais Association and proper certificates will be furnished. Transfer of ownership will be completed by the seller. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements from the auction box will take precedence over the printed matter in this catalog. LIABILITIES: All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk. Christensen Charolais Ranch LLC and Kimball Livestock Exchange LLC assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur. A 5% volume discount will be given to any one family ranching operation purchasing 5 to 9 bulls. A 10% volume discount will be given to any one family ranching operation purchasing 10 bulls or more. There is a $100.00 per head discount if you haul your own bull sale day.
