Welcome to our 2nd Annual Christensen Charolais Ranch Production Sale!! Welcome and thank you for joining us for the Second Annual Christensen Charolais Ranch Production Sale. What began as a belief in proven Charolais genetics, has grown into a program we are proud to stand behind and excited to offer to today’s cattlemen and cattlewomen. Our confidence in the Eggleston Charolais program led our family to purchase numerous EC bulls for our commercial herd. Many of you recognize the EC/CY prefix from past catalogs, representing cattle tracing back to our shared cows with Egglestons. In 2002, Christina partnered with Eggleston Charolais through the purchase of 15 purebred registered Charolais cows—forming the foundation of the Christensen Charolais Ranch program you see today. As a family, our passion for the Charolais breed runs deep. From an early age, our three sons have been invested in the ranch, working side by side with us and gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of the operation. They are the future of Christensen Charolais Ranch, committed to building on this program and developing a lasting legacy. The Eggleston cow herd has long stood out for its maternal strength, soundness, and ability to produce long-sided, performance-driven cattle, traits that remain at the core of our breeding philosophy. There has never been a more exciting time to be in the cattle business. Cattle prices are at historic highs, and genetics and bull power are key drivers of a record bottom line. Charolais-influenced cattle continue to bring top dollars due to their efficiency, growth, and feedyard performance—making Charolais bulls a smart, profit-driven investment. We are grateful for the trust the Eggleston family has placed in our family and we remain committed to producing
top-end genetics backed by dependable customer service. Our focus continues to be on the complete picture—quality, soundness, efficiency, growth, carcass value, and ease of use. We invite you to join us on sale day as we offer a set of Charolais bulls built to perform and add value in today’s cattle market. We appreciate your interest and support and look forward to seeing you at the Second Annual Christensen Charolais Ranch Production Sale. Performance = Profitability We invite you to visit and walk through the bulls at our ranch before sale day or come early to Kimball Livestock Exchange LLC the day of the sale to see the bulls and enjoy a complimentary beef lunch.

TSI EXPLANATION Terminal Sire Index (TSI) The AICA Terminal Sire Index (TSI) is a formal method of combining Expected Progeny Differences (BWT, WWT, YWT, REA, HCW, MARB and FAT)-into one single value on which to base selection decisions. The TSI uses estimates of the genetic relationships between traits with an economic default value based on three year rolling USDA data. The TSI represents a dollar index per terminal progeny produced for a bull in the AICA database, ranking them for profit potential. This dollar index is to be interpreted much like single trait EPD. For example, if Sire A’s index is $191.66 and Sire B’s index is $200.00, then we would expect Sire B’s offspring to average $8.34 more net return than Sire A’s offspring. VOLUME DISCOUNTS Special volume buyer discounts. A 5% volume discount will be given to any one family ranching operation purchasing 5 to 9 bulls. A 10% volume discount will be given to any one family ranching operation purchasing 10 bulls or more. There is a $100 per head discount if you haul your own bull sale day.
