Master’s Full-time, 1 Year Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma Part-time, 2 Years

The full-time Master’s is open to both EU and non-EU students.

Brief Overview Advance your nursing studies and develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to care for patients to the highest professional standards. You will learn to provide quality nursing care and promote excellence in the practice setting. Structure (Timeline/Days in Class) Year One: Commences with a full week of classes in September and thereafter one or two days per week for the remainder of the academic year (depending on whether you are studying full-time or part-time). Year Two: Attendance at classes throughout the academic year. If completing the Master’s, you will also carry out research and the writing of a dissertation.

Career Opportunities Our MSc in Nursing provides a clear pathway to career advancement. Graduates of this programme often go on to pursue leadership roles in practice and management, healthcare consulting, research, and more. This programme does not lead to registration as a nurse in Ireland.
