Nursing – Advancing Child Health and Wellbeing
Master’s Full-time, 1 Year Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma Part-time, 2 Years Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate Part-time, 3 Years
The full-time Master’s is open to both EU and non-EU students.
Brief Overview Strengthen and develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to advance care for the health and wellbeing of children, young people and families. Structure (Timeline/Days in Class) Year One: Commences with a full week of classes in September and thereafter one or two days per week for the remainder of the academic year (depending on whether the course is being undertaken full-time or part-time) Year Two: Attendance at workshops throughout the academic year. If completing the Master’s, you will also carry out research and the writing of a dissertation.
Career Opportunities Graduates can be expected to provide quality nursing care and lead in the promotion and development of excellence in advancing child health and wellbeing. Please note: This programme does not lead to registration as a Nurse or Children’s Nurse or Registered Advance Nurse Practitioner with the NMBI.
