Hear from a Graduate Declan Moran, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, CAMHS
“I had completed my Master's in Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health at Trinity and enjoyed the opportunity to reflect and write on my practice as well as reading relevant and up-to-date research. Studying [the Nursing Advanced Practice programme] at this advanced level gave me the opportunity to reflect on my practice and open up new opportunities. These opportunities have given me the ability and confidence to manage patient care more independently and include a systemic assessment, diagnosis with advanced investigations and treatment. It has helped me take ownership of my specialised area and deliver care in an informed manner. It has afforded me the opportunity to help and educate colleagues in this area and influence policy making.”
