Applying for a Taught Postgraduate Programme (MSc/PGDip/PGCert) Places on many of our postgraduate programmes are limited so we recommend early application for the best chance of success. 1. Check that you meet the entry requirements for the course. 2. Visit our website and see if there is any documentation you need to complete to make an application to the course you are interested in. 3. If English is your second language you will need to fulfil our English language requirements, this can be checked on the course page on our website. Please note this does not apply if you are already a Registered Nurse or Midwife with the NMBI. 4. If your postgraduate programme includes a clinical component you will need to complete Garda vetting. This can be checked on the course web page. 5. You will be required to submit a full CV as part of your application. This CV should be presented in reverse chronological order and provide information on your professional development, relevant to the course you are applying for. 6. You will be required to submit evidence of your degree or other qualifications (including your academic transcript - this is an official list of modules and results achieved in your primary degree). 7. Satisfactory references will be required as part of your application. 8. Find your course at tcd.ie/courses/postgraduate and make an application before the closing date. 9.
