4 eggs 1 2/3 cups white sugar 1 cup vegetable oil 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin purree 2 cups all purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp salt 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese 1/2 cup softened butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups confectioners' sugar

Thank You for Supporting Our Program! Klompien Red Angus and CK Red Angus 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. In a medium bowl mix the eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin until fluffy. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in pumpkin mixture until mixed. 3. Spread batter into an ungreased 10x15 inch jellyroll pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool before frosting. 4. Frosting: Cream together softened cream cheese and butter. Stir in vanilla and add confectioners' sugar at little at a time until smooth.
