How working with us works!
1. BE NICE You like us, we like you. We deliver and we expect a very cordial relationship. We only work with nice people — people like YOU! It's not B2B it's H2H. Human-To- Human, we treat our customers the way we want to be treated. 2. BE PATIENT There is always a learning curve (for both you and us) as we craft or get to know the voice of your business. We can’t be rushed, good work needs time, and great work needs at least 48 hours to turn around (not including setup time - which can take up to 30 days).
3. TRUST US Our systems are streamlined, and time-tested, and they work. We trust them, and you have to trust us.
4. WE ARE VIRTUAL We keep our costs down by operating virtually. If you insist on meeting us in person, that's your call! We charge $200 for the in-person meeting, $600/night for room and board (minimum 3 nights), and first-class airfare for two to the tropical resort we choose. You'll also need to pay for your own travel to that location to meet us there! It's much easier to call, text, or email us with any questions.
5. WE ARE PROJECT-BASED We provide unique strategic and practical solutions to each of our clients. We work for your success either on a one-time project or in longer-term monthly recurring projects based on the individual requirements of your business. 6. YOU ARE BILLED FOR EACH PROJECT We provide a pre-defined set of deliverables tailored to your specific needs. Before work begins, the scope of work, timeline, and associated costs are outlined in a proposal for the project (both recurring and special projects). You will know precisely how long and how much it will take to achieve your desired results. NOTE: Additional "Marketing Team Support" is billed as it is used. 7. NO CONTRACTS We really don’t do contracts. We feel they're kinda like a prenup, the kind that celebs get when they expect future failure. If you want to split, just let us know (email works) on or before the last day of the month, we’ll do a virtual handshake and part ways. We’re that easy to work with. 8. WE PROTECT YOUR PROPRIETARY INFORMATION Our stuff is our stuff, and your stuff is your stuff. In order for us to handle your marketing for you, we are going to ask that you provide us with client lists, logins, passwords, and other stuff that is super important to you. Your information is kept safe and secure. We will never sell it or share it with anyone. We ask that you don't seek out our team members for work and projects outside of Limelight. 9. A CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE WE BEGIN We need to make sure you are the right fit for us, and we are the right fit for you, so let's chat!
