TOD ESTATE The Penn Ohio Golf Trail mansions offer the most unique lodging for any group’s golf package. The historic estates were all built in the early part of the 20th century to wealthy families from the Youngstown and Warren area. The homes create the perfect environment to relax and enjoy a golf getaway with large gathering rooms, big screen TVs, pool tables, poker tables and breakfast served right at the house each morning.

The Tod was built in 1957 on the estate of the Stambaugh and Tod families. The home was built by the great-grandson of the former governor of Ohio, David Tod. The Tod family were part of the industrialists in the Youngstown, Ohio area and were heavily involved in politics. The current stone mansion sits on fifteen acres and is the most popular house on the Penn Ohio Golf Trail. Features Include:
