JULIA’S
Julia’s was built in the 1850s and was the farmhouse for the Clingan family, one of the first families in the Hubbard, Ohio community. In 1906 the property was sold to David Tod, great- grandson of former governor of Ohio, David Tod. In 1927 the mansion and property were sold and the Hubbard Golf Course
was built. In 1999 the mansion underwent a massive renovation and Hubbard Golf Course was renamed Pine Lakes Golf Club.

The Loft at Pine Lakes is perfect for groups of four or less that want to be right on the golf course. Located above the clubhouse at Pine Lakes Golf Club, the newly renovated loft-style apartment can also be used for larger groups staying at Julia’s mansion.
