Planarform ™ Reflector G

PRODUCT OVERVIEW The Planarform™ Reflector G Panel , constructed of non-combustible glass fiber reinforced gypsum (GFRG), is used in auditoriums to blend the direct and early reflected sound to increase intelligibility, enhance musical clarity and intimacy. When absorptive material is placed into the rear of the cavity of the assembled unit in an overhead canopy configuration, significant reverberation time reduction in the space can also be accomplished. SIZING • Standard Panel: 4' W x 8' L x 2-1/2" D • Maximum Panel: 4' W x 12' L (Custom panel widths, lengths and depths are available) • Material Thickness: 1/8" nominal (Additional thicknesses may be available) • Each panel weighs approx. 2.50 lbs/ft 2 CORE FIRE RATING Non-Combustible FINISH The Planarform™ Reflector G Panel comes in a natural/raw GFRG finish required to be painted on-site or factory color-matched to any paint color specification. INSTALLATION Overhead mounting of the Planarform™ Reflector G Panel is achieved by suspending units from integrated hairpin loops using RPG-supplied engineered cables and hardware. Each panel can be hung as a “cloud” or screwed together along the long edge to create a linear canopy. Units can also be mounted directly onto walls using RPG-provided integrated cleats.
