Modex ™ Edge

PRODUCT OVERVIEW Many rooms, such as studio control rooms and home theaters, often suffer from low-frequency modal problems that cannot be mitigated using porous materials like fiberglass. RPG’s Modex™ Edge resolves these problems by offering significant broadband width absorption down to the axial mode frequencies. The carefully engineered tuned resonator system acts as a high- pass filter for your room while eliminating the low-frequency modal emphasis that prevents accurate monitoring. SIZING • Standard Panel: Up to 3' W x 8' L x 3' D Nominal • Modified triangular shape • Each standard panel weighs approx. 9.00 lbs/ft 2 FIRE RATING All Class A Components FINISH The Modex™ Edge can be wrapped with RPG- reviewed industry standard and custom fabrics. Fabrics with acoustical performance data preferred. INSTALLATION The Modex™ Edge simply sits on the floor and can be pushed into the desired position, often in a corner or mid-wall location.
