BE HAPPY – VOLUNTEER! Did you know volunteering regularly can make you happier? According to a special health report published by Harvard Health Publications, a study demonstrated the more people volunteer, the happier they are! Volunteering monthly increases your chances of being “very happy” by 7% compared to those who never volunteer. If you volunteer every two to four weeks, your chances of being “very happy” are 12% higher, and 16% higher, if you volunteer weekly. Volunteering also:
