LABEL FORMAT The foundation of every Shamrock label is the stock on which it is printed. Select what type of and color material your label should be printed on, along with what size and quantity you need. TYPE STYLING Choose the font style, size and style you’d like and begin typing. With 10 fonts and dozens of colors to choose from you can choose the style that’s right for your application. Andwith an area to preview your text, you can visualize how your text will look before it’s printed. UPLOAD ARTWORK A picture is worth a thousand words they say. Add images to your label to support your messageby simplyuploadingyour original art file. (Don’t haveart? Don’t worry. We can help you design something to fit your project’s purpose.) LABEL REVIEW Before submitting your label, it’s important to look things over. Double check the details of your submission to make sure nothing is misspelled or missing before sending on to our team. Litho Removable is a 60# matte paper with a general purpose removable adhesive featuring moderate initial tack and long term removability. Pliaprint is a 60# flexible paper stock with a high initial adhesive quality yet still removable when necessary. Best used on curved surfaces to prevent label flagging or curling. Pliaprint Removable is a 60# flexible paper stock with a moderate initial adhesive tack and ultimate clean removability from nearly all surfaces. Projects often begin as an idea - as a way to improve an existing product or process. Other times the idea is for something completely new. No matter where your project begins, we can help you make it a reality.
Before any custom label can be made, we have to decide what we want it to look like: shape, size, text (if any), colors, and most importantly, what will the label be adhered to? We have a wide range of materials and adhesives, designed for different applica- tions. We can help you select just the right one for your project.
Shamrock’s graphics team works with you to solidify all of the details in a proof - to make sure you are completely happy with the design of your label before we start the manufacturing process.

PREP AND SCHEDULE

If you like what you see, we are off and running!
Once approval is given, our operations and pre-press teams get your job ready for the press. This means setting your project onto our production schedule, allocating or ordering raw materials (plates, dies, inks, paper, etc.).
Now the real fun begins! Our production teamgets thematerials and machinery ready. We load your selected material onto our press and “web” the material through to prepare the printing process. We then test and adjust ink color, viscosity and registra- tion, assure accurate die cutting and inspect plate alignment to make sure that everything is produced correctly - something we continue to do throughout production.

Once your tapes or labels are off of the press, it’s off to our assembly area. This is where roll and sheet products are cut down to their finished sizes and assembled into packs.
After assembly, products pass through one final inspection, before being shrink wrapped or boxed and sent onto you.
This is the part we love - the moment when our products arrive at your doorstep - ready for your projects or patients.
