He leads a team of analysts and event specialists to deliver an industry- leading series of conferences on customer contact, customer engagement, design and innovation. His passion is building platforms where executives can share best practices and solve industry challenges. Prior to joining CMP in 2016, DeJager produced events on topics ranging from customer contact and CX to international trade, anti-corruption, commercial real estate, and design for nearly two decades.
