Nathan Nickens joined Customer Management Practice (CMP) in 2019 and currently oversees the production of Customer Contact Week — the world’s largest conference series focused exclusively on customer contact and CX. In addition, he advises executives responsible for leading customer support operations and organizational strategies to influence customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. As a principal analyst, Nickens works with leaders to elucidate customer management market dynamics and develop products to address relevant industry issues. Before CMP, Nickens was the Vice President of Programming and Innovation for the leading national trade association representing long-term care providers. There, he built a portfolio of industry-leading events, magazines, research, and training programs for executives and frontline managers.
