WELCOME TO SPARK 2023 Partners, For eight years, UMA has hosted its annual Spark Summit to engage our employer partners and to thank all of you for welcoming our graduates to your teams. This helps build a brighter future for healthcare in our nation. Each year, we catch ourselves saying that this is going to be the best Spark Summit yet. That is just as true this year. As our partnerships grow year after year, we continue to find better ways to improve communication and processes as our relationships grow deeper. This year, our Spark Summit theme is Employee Engagement — Redefined. We will explore how leading with care can impact employee satisfaction and retention. Under this theme, we are offering two tracks: Learning & Development and Culture & Engagement. We have learned that it takes collaboration and trust, both internally and externally, to capture the best strategies that will continue to elevate our teams and our overall approach to customer care. We look forward to tackling these together to build a stronger healthcare system for the future.
