GLOBAL VICE PRESIDENT, Talent Acquisition Alorica
Teri Morse brings 30+ years of recruiting experience from the BPO and technology industries to Alorica as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. In this role, Morse is responsible for all of Alorica’s recruiting efforts in the North America & Europe region. Since 2017, when she joined the company—a global customer service provider with the largest US footprint of any BPO—she has been leading the overall strategy, budget and execution of Alorica’s staffing needs, which includes overseeing hundreds of recruiters and hiring 50K+ this year alone. Previously, Morse also worked with two Presidential Administrations, led Talent Acquisition at Xerox BPO as a Vice President and was Talent Acquisition Manager at Tellabs. Morse is a Winona State University graduate and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business. Committed to maintaining a healthy (and happy!) approach to life, she practices yoga and enjoys time at the lake with family, friends and colleagues.
