Chris Rollins has over 10 years of experience in sales, client management, and executive experience running people operations as SVP of Organizational Development. His speaking, leadership training, and executive coaching programs help organizations develop inclusive, high-trust, and empowered workforces that move forward, faster. He’s the founder of QueeHR, an online community of over 500 LGBTQ+ and ally leaders across the globe. Rollins has trained leaders at startups, Fortune 100s, banks, advertising agencies, tech companies, and more. A New York native, he is a recent transplant to Tampa and serves on the board of the LGBT Chamber of Commerce and the Young Professionals Board at Embarc Collective.
