Jaysa Boyer-Tushaus is Head, Employer Engagement at Ultimate Medical Academy. She began her tenure at UMA in 2014 and has spent the last eight years focusing on scaling the Corporate Alliance Team to over 150 national partners and assisting in the placement of thousands of UMA graduates into these organizations. Boyer-Tushaus found her career match in healthcare education 16 years ago and has dedicated her career to changing the lives of graduates, filling the talent pipeline for employer partners, and making a positive impact on the healthcare community by creating customized solutions to bridge the gap in healthcare recruiting needs. Boyer- Tushaus holds a Bachelor of Science in integrated marketing from Maryville University of Saint Louis, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, and a Master of Science in Marketing Communications with an emphasis in business marketing and advertising from Webster University.
