Andrew Moberg is the Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Ultimate Medical Academy, where he oversees the identification, hiring, and onboarding of all employees joining the organization. In this role, Moberg manages the strategies, policies, and best practices that allow the UMA Talent Acquisition team to attract quality talent. Moberg joined UMA in 2012 and spent eight years working in UMA’s Career Services department before starting his current role. Prior to joining UMA, he spent several years working in the staffing industry, with a focus on healthcare information technology. Moberg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from the University of Tampa.
