Associate Vice President of Learning & Development Ultimate Medical Academy
Brandi Yates is the Associate Vice President of Learning & Development for Ultimate Medical Academy, where she is responsible for the creation, execution, and enhancement of organizational learning and development (L&D) strategy across the institution. Under her management, a team of L&D professionals develop and deploy training resources as needed in accordance with UMA’s mission and values. Yates is a subject matter expert in adult learning theory and L&D best practices and leverages those strengths when working with respective training teams in relevant departments across the institution to provide organizational direction with respect to onboarding, training, and career progression. Yates has a Bachelor of Arts from Roanoke College and a Master of Science from Everest University.
