• Some key areas are incomplete and will benefit from new connections, such as new streets, and shared service drive aisles. • On street parking in some areas is limited or missing, leaving pedestrians on the sidewalk without a buffer. • High vehicle speeds on some residential streets are creating safety hazards for pedestrians and bicyclists. • Parking in swales is a community concern and creates a sense of disorder. • Poor connections to and through PPG Industries site.
