Join JIRI-RITA ACTION 2025! This year, Valent U.S.A. is taking part in JIRI-RITA ACTION, an initiative for Sumitomo Chemical Group employees to put our corporate philosophy into action—as teams! Theme for FY2025: “Take on Challenge: Be an Innovative Solution Provider! Implement ‘Jiri-Rita Koushi-Ichinyo’ Through Our Work.” When: August 4 – November 28, 2025 How to participate: 1. Watch the short video (~13 min) on the theme and participation. 2.Reflect: “What challenges will we take on to become an Innovative Solution Provider?” 3.Share ideas with your team during a discussion led by your department/workplace leader. 4.Declare your team’s idea using the submission form (group photo optional). What we’re looking for: Ideas that help us work smarter, improve efficiency, reduce waste, streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and innovate beyond current routines.
