Forging Stronger Connections Through Project Synergy In early 2025, we launched Project Synergy, a targeted initiative designed to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and deliver impactful product training with Helena. This initiative emerged from a shared desire to evolve our relationship to one centered on strategic engagement and mutual success. Key Goals of Project Synergy: Establish consistent, structured communication at all levels, Build multi-tiered relationships between Helena and Valent teams, Provide targeted, high-value training on Valent products, Drive measurable growth in brand adoption and sales, Create a shared definition of “win-win” success. We recognize that great communication fuels great execution. With Project Synergy, we’ve rolled out a Key Contact Alignment Plan, defining clear points of contact from branch managers to VPs across both organizations. We’ve committed to: Face-to-face meetings on a consistent basis, Biweekly internal check-ins, Monthly account team calls, Regular business planning and forecasting discussions. These steps are helping us to align more closely with Helena’s sales managers, ensure transparent planning, and keep everyone focused on shared objectives.
