Arthaus Philadelphia Arthaus Condominiums in Philadelphia brings a refined, contemporary design sensibility to one of
the city’s most prominent cultural corridors. Blanco (HW3005), a pale toned European oak in a classic herringbone format, was installed in the cafe, clubroom, and boardroom. Its bright, airy palette amplifies the natural light that fills these spaces and contributes to their calm and sophisticated character. The subtle variation in the Blanco plank adds quiet movement underfoot and brings texture to the minimalist design. In the Hauses, the design team selected Relevance50 (HW3909) from the Venture Plank collection. Relevance50 is a prime grade plank in a smoky grey tone that brings balance and depth to the light filled interiors. Its smooth finish and elegant grain structure introduce a quiet sense of luxury while maintaining the calm, minimalist palette of the space. Throughout the interior, the design showcases how thoughtful material selections and natural light can work together to create a serene modern living experience.
