Things only a College boy understands Your House is a big part of your identity at College. The House you’re in helps determine who your closest friends are, and when talking to a College Old Boy, the first question is often –‘What House are you in?’. Favourite House tradition or event House Music. The preparation that goes into it, then performing as a whole House in front of thousands of people — there’s nothing quite like it. Favourite teacher saying “Character trumps credentials.” – Mr Cortesi Favourite canteen order Definitely the chocolate croissant. Favourite hymn sung in Chapel Jerusalem , without a doubt. Everyone knows it off by heart, and when the whole Chapel sings it at full volume, the atmosphere is something else. No other hymn comes close. Favourite space around school The new Upper West gym. Watching the Senior A basketball there, with plenty of room to make noise, is hard to beat.
