Connected across generations WORDS | LIZZIE DYER
W hat a wonderful start to the year and a superb Reunion Weekend. It is heartening to see so many generations of Old Boys at our events and staying strongly connected with our Christ’s College community. In February, we hosted our annual Reunion Weekend, welcoming Old Boys celebrating year groups from 20 years on to an impressive 80 years on. It was a fantastic occasion, with strong attendance across all year groups and many wonderful stories shared. Our community events continue to grow, and one of the highlights is seeing our Young Old Boys (YOBs) making the transition from YOB event to the Community Visits. These events provide a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with old friends, build new connections, and remain involved with College long after leaving school.
We have a busy calendar of events planned for the remainder of the year, so please keep an eye on the Upcoming Events section of our website and check out The Quadrangle newsletter. You can also stay connected through our Facebook and LinkedIn pages, where we regularly share news, stories, and opportunities to engage with fellow Old Boys. We are fortunate to have such an active and supportive alumni community, and I always enjoy hearing your stories, achievements, and memories of College. Please continue to stay in touch with me – ccoba@christscollege.com – as your connection to College helps make our community so special.
