MSc Management Human Resource Management (HRM)
There’s something special about Swansea, which my friends studying at other institutions were envious of. Deciding to complete a master’s in a subject which was totally different to my undergraduate degree was a welcome challenge and I loved every minute of it. The University has a great reputation for postgraduate study and I really experienced it at its best. The lecturers were incredible and went above and beyond to support me in their free time; with their support I feel as though my confidence has grown ten-fold.
The modules for my master's really excited me too – they all leant themselves well to a career in HR on a practical level and I could clearly see how each module would apply itself to the world of work. I am confident that my master's from Swansea University will set me apart from other applicants when applying for jobs and graduate trainee programmes.
(Upon graduating Amy secured a role at Bosch UK as a Graduate Trainee on the Junior Manager Program.)
