SCHOLARSHIPS Scholarships for basic training through approved providers Supports training from flooring dealers or programs by CFI, CTEF, NWFA, and AFT Launched "100 in 100" campaign: 100% tuition for 100 scholarships in 100 days (Dec 1, 2023 - Mar 9, 2024) NATIONAL ENGAGMENT Implemented 18 college/high school programs in 10 states in 2 years Engaged with 51 colleges nationwide Tailored programs for: Military personnel transitioning to civilian life Refugee communities (Congolese, Swahili, Spanish, Kenya, Afghan, Ukraine, Venezuela) Provided guidance to Australia and Canada for similar programs HIGH SCHOOL IMPACT Dalton, GA: First high school dual enrollment classes began January 2024, with more schools joining by January 2025 White Mountain, AZ: First Native American reservation training for high school started March 2024

PILOT PROGRAM GNTC (Dalton, GA): First accredited program, 12 college credits Atlanta Technical College (Atlanta, GA): Incorporated into 2-year carpentry program Hawkeye Community College (Waterloo, IA): First DOL- approved apprenticeship program Albany Technical College (Albany, GA): Noncredit flooring program Chattanooga State Community College (Chattanooga, TN): Noncredit program starting in 2024 SCHOLARSHIP IMPACT Recruited and provided 410 students with scholarships Trained 165 college recruits and 245 local trainees 82% of graduates employed in the industry Funded $485,516.50 in scholarships

covering installation program with CFI, CTEF, and NWFA Launched two pilot programs at GNTC in 2022 Graduated 15 students from the 10- week, noncredit program in Dalton, GA GNTC accredited the program, awarding 12 college credits 1ST FEDERAL GRANT Secured first Federal Grant: DOL WORC Grant (funding three college programs in Alabama) Three Alabama colleges receive full support for three years Graduates receive a startup toolbox Employers get wage support for three months Alabama: First online gaming/VR program for floor covering installation launches September 2024, available in all 24 community colleges
