Andy Zheng is the former owner of Restaurant & Lounge 69 that was at 69 N. Pearl St, in Albany, NY (formerly Bud- dha Tea House, then Levels Banquet Hall). The Zhengs still own South Wok in Glenmont and New China Dragon on Chrisler Ave. Andy's a dad and co-owner of Ember & Cork .

The Village at Whispering Pines is a walk- able and maintenance-free liv- ing and recreational communi- ty for 55 and older residents on 90 acres along Helderberg Av- enue in the Town of Rotterdam. The 496 housing options upon completion will include; 85 sin- gle cottages, 40 single townho- mes, a 9-hole, par 3 golf course, Golf Clubhouse and Pub, walk- ing trails, outdoor community pool, and recreational courts. Phase II : Independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments are planned for completion Spring 2025. The Whispering Pines Golf Course is a beloved town of Rotterdam landmark, a par 3 course established in 1965 by the Armstrong family. The golf course reopened as a redesigned 9-hole course on Monday, July 15, 2024. The Rotterdam Town Board legally rezoned land to allow for the construction of nearly 500 units of the 55+ community at the Whispering Pines Golf Course, after state Supreme Court Justice Mark Powers ruled in favor of developer, Lou Lecce , and property owner, Rotterdam: Lou Lecce, the co-owner of City Squire in Niskayuna, designs Golf Course and 55+ Community
