Zeinmann Hospitality has created some of the best menus!
Eat local. Shop local.
The Capital Region Chamber pre- sented a ribbon cutting for Milas Restaurant 518 . Kaytrin and Devin Ziemann have already been mak- ing their mark in downtown Sche- nectady, and Milas is their second restaurant in town. Ziemann Hospi- tality also owns the Nest at 512 State Street. Devin has been a restaurant chef for over 15 years, while Kaytrin studied dietetics and food service management at SUNY Oneonta which opened her eyes to the value in Hospitality. Notably, Devin's re- views in the Times Union have all been glowing and an excellent rep- resentation of his culinary range. We look forward to Schenectady Restaurant Week each year, and the chance to dine and drink mocktails at The Nest Restaurant and Bar.
