event. The seminars will have a focus on networking, collaboration and career pathways, and will provide a forum for researchers to discuss collaborative opportunities and offer peer support. The series will feature national and international speakers, as well as early and mid-career researchers. sense of confidence that our Kolling community is committed to actioning the research strategy. I believe effective, consistent, and cohesive language around the successful implementation of the strategy will not only prove positive, but will exceed all of our expectations of what a culture of success looks and feels like. Lastly, I am reminded of an African proverb…“If you want to go fast. Go alone. If you want to go far. Go together.”

will have a significant impact on our ability to enhance our multidisciplinary research capabilities.
