PADDLE PEARLAND - INTRO TO KAYAKING
MERMAID UNIVERSITY Calling all Mermen, Mermaids and Merfolk! Come join us in learning how to safely swim with a tail. We provide different colored tails in all sizes. Participants get certified and will receive a card that will allow them to continue using the tail whenever they may like! $45 6+ years RCN February 26, 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. April 23, 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m., May 21, 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. MERMAID UNIVERSITY – ADULTS’ NIGHT Adults, it’s your time to shine and show everyone how it’s done to swim with a tail. This is a perfect opportunity for a Date Night, a Guys’ Night or a Gals’ Night. Participants are required to comfortably swim 25 yards. We provide tails of all colors and sizes! $45 18+ years RCN February 11, 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. April 15, 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., FLOAT ‘N FLICK You’ve all heard of drive-in movies; now it’s time to introduce you to our dive-in movies: Float ‘n Flick! Come join us for an evening in the pool watching movies on our big screen. We will provide floats for participants to relax in. $10 All Ages RCN M arch 5, 6 p.m.
Want to try your hand at kayaking? Drop in and use our equipment and pool! Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome. For those too young to paddle themselves, staff will tow the kayak along the pool wall. All participants must wear a lifejacket, which are provided on site. $5 3+ years RCN

SWIM TEST Need to know which swim lesson level to enroll your child? Need a specific swim card to go to camp? Each participant will be evaluated based on the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim exit skills assessments for the level being tested. The highest-level certificate will be awarded upon successful completion. After this test participants will be grouped and tested for specific swim skills required by various camps. $10 4 - 15 years RCN February 26, 9 – 11 a.m.
