Test and measurement underpins confidence in modern networks

Test and measurement are no longer confined to fault-finding or acceptance testing; it’s increasingly central to how networks are built, run and optimised over time. Historically, measurement tools were often deployed reactively – called upon when performance fell below expectations or services failed outright. Today, operators
