market. We had 25 members in 2025 compared to 35 the year before. During the good times, we averaged 100+ members. Second, with so many mergers and acquisitions involving Denver Oil and Gas companies, which relocated the work to other states, many of our members were laid off and have not found new positions. Third, when we held events, webinars, luncheons, etc., very few members and non-members attended. Remote work has had a huge impact on our ability to attract more attendees and members. With expenses related to keeping afloat, we could not justify spending money on the website, SurveyMonkey and the bank fees that depleted our bank balance every month. The board voted to dissolve the Association and 100% of the voting membership approved the dissolution. I encourage you to join another local association or even better join NADOA to stay informed of news and information regarding webinars and educational events. For local Denverites, joining DALTA is also an option. They are hosting several webinars and luncheons during 2026. After the outstanding bills were paid, DADOA had a small balance remaining. These funds were turned over to NADOA with the directive (approved by NADOA) that the funds be used for registration scholarships to NADOA sponsored events through the end of 2027. The only people eligible to apply for and be awarded a scholarship are those who were paying members of DADOA in 2024 and 2025. At the end of 2027, any funds not used will become part of the operating income for NADOA. If you qualify for and are interested in attending a NADOA sponsored event, including the 2026 Institute in Las Colinas TX, please email Sandi at 77jerupp7@gmail.com to receive an application. Travel expenses and hotel expenses are not included in a scholarship. Only registration fees will be covered. Unfortunately, the Denver Association of Division Order Analysts has been dissolved as of December 31, 2025. The dissolution occurred due to several issues. First, the lack of participation of the few DO Analysts left in the Denver
